Liquid foaming agent | HP-BEL11
HP-BEL11 is used as a blowing agent for foaming epoxy resin systems into foam laminates or in combination with sandwich materials. The blowing agent must be carefully stirred into the mixed resin system. A high stirrer speed results in a finer distribution, which in turn leads to a more uniform foam structure. An additional thixotropig with (approx. 5 % by weight) HP-PK22, cause to a better foam up and a more homogeneous foam structure.

Possible dosage: 0.5 - 4 % based on total formulation.

Hazard statements
May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
Caution
The hydrogen produced by BEL11 is flammable and can lead to the formation of explosive oxyhydrogen mixtures if there is insufficient ventilation. Do not use in closed rooms.
