Hint:
Our transparent system HP-E30TDS is adjustable with the color pastes HP-FP according to RAL.
To increase the color stability we recommend the addition of our UV stabilizer HP-BEL91.
Can I also use the E30TDS for impregnating the fiber material?
Since it is very viscous, it is not particularly suitable for impregnating the fiber. In this case, one of our laminating resins should be used.
Is the E30TDS UV stable?
Unfortunately, epoxy resins do not have particularly good UV stability, so they can fade over time when exposed to strong sunlight. To protect them, a clear topcoat with BEL91 UV stabilizer can be applied. Alternatively, our PU topcoat HP-PUR-PLUS can be used for coating. This system has a particularly good UV stability and can be supplied according to RAL.
Is the E30TDS also available in other colors?
Yes, our epoxy top coat systems can be supplied in various colors or are available colorless plus various color pastes similar to RAL. Alternatively, our PU top coat HP-PUR-PLUS (delivery according to RAL possible) can be used for coating.
Is coating safe for my fish?
If our processing instructions are followed, the cured material does not release any substances into the water and is therefore not critical for humans or animals.
Is chlorine pollution or the addition of salt problematic?
If the dosage instructions for the chemicals used for swimming pool hygiene are observed, there is no problem. Should overdosing occur, it can lead to impairments and changes in the surface or color.
